JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
Assist in preparing promotional materials, posters, videos and other marketing content.
Support event planning, coordination and on-site operations.
Assist with guest/customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Support daily operations related to tourism, hospitality and events.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for promotions and activities.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality or related fields.
Strong interest in marketing, tourism, hospitality or event management.
Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of social media and content creation is an advantage.
Willing to participate in outdoor activities and events when required.
