Senior Analyst, Data Analyst & Reporting (SnOp & PMI)

The Performance Management (PMI) team is in charge of developing, executing and managing the right
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and works closely with other functions within Lazada Logistics to
ensure the suitability of these KPIs and identify potential improvement points which can be performed.
The PMI team also acts as the Project Management Office (PMO) for Sales Campaign preparation and
performance monitoring.
The role will be reporting to the Head of Performance Management & Improvement.
Your Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Understanding the business pain points / opportunities.
• Use data to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems and opportunities.
• Provide insights into business operation efficiency, in addition to working with stakeholders to
identify areas for improvement and achieve desired service level.
• Performing Data Queries, creating and maintaining dashboards that would providing monitoring of
analysis.
• Develop and implement data management best-practices for business work-streams to strengthen
core value proposition to stakeholders.
• Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports for management and
distributed according to the agreed timetable.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-3 years in performance management, planning and data analytics.
• Strong ownership and attention to details.
• Dynamic personality who can react quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under
pressure
• Experience working with SQL databases building performance dashboards
• Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel with ability to use data to
understand root causes of performance.
• Possess a customer experience focused mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to
influence others.
