Reply to customer enquiries via Whatapps , email and phone calls or other communication apps.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Prepare invoices and quotations
Assist with daily retail and sales operational.
Follow up with customers on sent quotations.
High school diploma/GED.
Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Customer oriented with a positive attidute.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
