Digital Marketing Assistant /Officer

We are looking for someone who has a marketing mindset that understands how to sell a product and drive action, not just create views. You should be comfortable producing content daily and adapting quickly to trends.

Job Scope / Responsibilities
• Manage and create engaging content across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas, video scripts, captions and promotional messages to increase audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to generate traffic, enquiries and sales
• Plan, curate and schedule social media posts in line with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Take quality photographs for content, promotional materials and printing activities.
• Create, shoot and edit videos
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and enquiries, and help generate leads-
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Monitor social media content performance and ad campaigns, provide marketing reports and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and digital marketing techniques

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in social media content creation or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience managing Meta platforms, particularly Facebook, and Instagram
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Able to create and edit engaging social media posts, photographs and videos.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented, with an eye for visual presentation.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and editing tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in print products is an advantage
