- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining company servers, networks, and security systems.
- Support users with system access, email setup, and software-related issues.
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related matters.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Assist in implementing and improving IT processes and systems.
