Facilities & Maintenance Manager

i. Responsible for supervising the daily operations work for all machinery & equipment maintenance, which is carried out by the subordinate, including daily troubleshooting of any unscheduled downtime of machinery and equipment.
ii. To plan for a preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all maintenance works are performed in proper safety and accordance with regulated procedures.
iii. To participate in any cross-department or function activities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
iv. To lead, explore & implement the potential improvement/cost-saving project.
v. To manage a proper spare parts inventory and ensure good housekeeping of all equipment, tools, and spare parts.
vi. To follow proper OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations and ensure total enforcement, execution, and compliance.
vii. Responsible for the discipline and facilitating the training and development of all F&E employees to ensure that they meet and exceed the requirements of their job descriptions.
viii. To lead and participate in all installations of new machinery and equipment for the factory.
ix. To liaise with the vendor, supplier, or contractor to obtain a competitive quotation, scope of works, and assist in carrying out the costing comparison before the contract job is assigned.
x. To coordinate and arrange with all external vendors to ensure all contracted services are in accordance and that external vendors comply with the company’s internal regulations.
xi. To perform any jobs given by superiors from time to time.
