PEMBANTU PENCUCIAN

1. Responsible for all basic cleaning executions in and around work site follow: -
a) Work instruction and established SOPs assigned by immediate superior.
b) Report duty on time followed designated site, using correct tools, equipment, machinery, chemical & etc.
c) Accomplished task given follow planned schedule within stipulated time allocated.
d) Report any concerns or irregularities to immediate superior as at when encounter.
2. Clean floors – including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass, windows and fixtures within designated work zone.
3. Clean restrooms – including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping restroom floors, and cleaning toilets/urinals.
4. Set up and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, machinery, and stocks within assigned janitor rooms/stores/carts.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and quality within assigned areas.
6. Report to immediate site superior on:
a) Feeling unwell, unfit to perform duty given.
b) Defective - Tools, equipment, machinery, sites’ facilities.
c) Any lost and found items left by customers’ from site.
d) Any missing fixtures or amenities from site.
e) Any irregularities or abnormalities activities including - Incident, accident, fight, severe leakage, fire & etc.
7. Transport dirty linens/clothes/mops to correct area to be cleaned and restock areas with clean linen/clothes/mops.
8. Assists superior to perform special tasks – including diamond cutting, high rise cleaning, glass cleaning, water jetting and other special tasks while adhering to safety procedures.
9. Perform additional duties as and when needed (ie laying of carpets, following other contractors such as sanitary bin/dispensary items and etc)
10. Be able to work positively with superior and other colleagues in order to achieve collective cleanliness in assigned areas.
