About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our production operations. You will carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform machine changeovers to keep our equipment running reliably and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
-Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on machines and equipment as planned.
-Respond to breakdown calls and perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
-Perform machine job setup and changeover whenever a production line or machine is switched.

Equipment & Utilities
-Assist in maintaining plant utilities.
-Monitor equipment condition and report any abnormalities or potential issues to the superior.

Documentation & Reporting

-Record all maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs in the maintenance log or system.
-Update machine maintenance documentation and checklists as required.
-Work with QA to ensure maintenance records are kept up to date.

Coordination & Communication
-Coordinate with production leaders and operators on repair work and daily operational needs.
-Communicate maintenance issues clearly to the Technical & Maintenance Executive and team members.

Safety & Compliance
-Follow all safety procedures
-Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with 5S practices.

-Perform any other duties as delegated by the superior.

What We're Looking For

-Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
-1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Hands-on skills in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
-Able to read basic engineering drawings and schematics.
-Willing to work shifts and respond to breakdown calls when required.
-Experience handling ISO 9001 documentation is an added advantage.
