At Ella Furniture, you'll work directly with our Production Executive and learn how a production supervisor manages daily factory operations.
What You'll Learn
● Monitor daily production progress and operator output.
● Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) between production sections.
● Assist in achieving daily production targets.
● Learn machine maintenance scheduling and downtime tracking.
● Observe quality checks and defect handling.
● Conduct production floor inspections for PPE and safety compliance.
● Prepare simple daily production reports using Excel.
● Join stand-down meetings and learn how production issues are solved.

We're Looking For
● Diploma or Degree student in Engineering,Operations Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
