What To Wear (WTW) is looking for enthusiastic and well-presented Retail Sales Advisors to join our boutique teams. If you enjoy helping women feel confident through fashion and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer.
- Achieve monthly personal sales targets.
- Offer styling advice and product knowledge to encourage upselling and cross-selling.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
2. Store Operations
- Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper handling of payments.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.
- Participate in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of selling floor and stock areas.
3. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.
- Update displays and mannequins regularly to reflect new arrivals and campaigns.
- Monitor and report fast-moving and slow-moving items.
4. Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and support junior team members in meeting store standards.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance, grooming, and customer service habits.
- Assist the store coordinator in onboarding and training new staff.
5. Reporting & Feedback
- Share customer feedback, product requests, and market trends with management.
- Identify issues and propose improvements to enhance store performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree (fashion-related background preferred)
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Comfortable with retail working hours
- Presentable and well-groomed
Working hours:
- Shift A: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Shift B: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Full shift*: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Break time: 1 hour (full shift includes an additional 30 minutes)
*Full shift is conditional and not mandatory, subject to store operational needs and staff preference.
