Operator / Technician – CNC Machinist, Laser Cutting, Bending, Milling & Polishing Setter

Job Objective
To operate, set up, and monitor CNC machines and metal fabrication equipment, including laser cutting, bending, milling, and polishing machines, to ensure production output meets quality specifications, productivity targets, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
-Operate and set up CNC machines, laser cutting machines, bending machines, milling machines, and polishing equipment according to production requirements.
-Perform machine setting, tooling changes, and parameter adjustments to ensure accurate and consistent production.
-Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications to produce parts according to customer requirements.
-Monitor machine operations and production output to achieve daily production targets and delivery schedules.
-Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
-Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition.
-Identify and report machine abnormalities, production issues, and quality defects to the Immediate Superior.
-Ensure proper handling of raw materials, work-in-progress parts, tools, and finished products.
-Record production output, machine downtime, and rejected parts accurately.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S, quality, and safety requirements.
-Comply with company procedures, quality management standards, and workplace safety regulations.
-Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM, or equivalent qualification.
-Relevant experience in CNC machining, laser cutting, bending, milling, or polishing is an advantage.
-Experience in machine setting and tooling adjustment is preferred.
-Able to read technical drawings and use basic measuring instruments.
-Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work in a team. Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply for the Operator Trainee or Apprentice position.
