Position: Recruiter
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (Near to USJ 7 LRT Station)
Position Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable candidates

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of end to end recruitment experience is preferred
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
