Construction Workers

5.1 Construction & Masonry Work: Executing bricklaying tasks, plastering, concrete work, cement mixing, tiling installation, and the preparation of basic masonry structures.
5.2 Structural Renovation & Maintenance: Carrying out building repair work, wall hacking, plasterboard installation, partition installation, painting, and the application of waterproofing layers.
5.3 Carpentry & Installation: Installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden frameworks, doors, windows, lock systems, cabinets, and built-in furniture fixtures.
5.4 Plumbing Maintenance: Performing basic pipe installations, detecting leak sources, repairing burst pipes, clearing clogged drainage systems, and replacing sanitary fixtures.
5.5 Site Tidiness & Logistics: Setting up temporary project site facilities, managing the unloading and arrangement of construction materials, clearing construction debris, and ensuring the work environment remains free from physical hazards.
5.6 Mechanical Tool Operations: Operating manual hand tools and high-powered machinery (such as drills, grinders, mechanical mixers, jackhammers) safely in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
5.7 General Company Directives: Complying with and executing any legitimate work instructions related to construction and maintenance delegated by the Site Supervisor or upper management of the company.
