PRODUCTION ENGINEERING (METAL & NON=METAL WASTE PROCESSING)

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets, schedules and operational requirements are achieved.
• Monitor production processes and machinery performance, identify operational problems and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and improve production methods and work processes to increase productivity, efficiency and effective utilization of manpower, raw materials and machinery.
• Monitor product quality and production standards and work with the production and quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Analyse production performance and prepare production reports, including output, machine performance,production efficiency, material usage and production losses.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel on preventive maintenance, machinery breakdowns and improvement of production equipment.
• Review and improve production workflow, machine layout and work procedures to achieve safer and more efficient operations.
• Ensure production activities comply with company SOPs, safety requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to production operators and supervisors on machinery operation, production procedures and process improvements.
