MAINTENANCE OPERATOR SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Maintenance Operator to assist with equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. The candidate will help ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
-Assist in troubleshooting machine faults and equipment breakdowns.
-Carry out basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
-Monitor machine conditions and report abnormalities to the maintenance team.
-Support machine repairs, cleaning, and equipment adjustments.
-Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company standards.
-Maintain maintenance records, tools, and a clean working environment.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; technical certification is an advantage.
-Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, or electrical equipment.
-Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
-Good troubleshooting, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
-Able to work shifts and overtime when required.
