Position: Branch Operation Executive/ Teller

Job Description:
* Assist both local and foreign customers in sending money to their home countries (e.g., Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, and others).
* Handle and count cash received from customers at the counter.
* Process transactions accurately using the remittance system and issue official receipts.
* Perform daily branch operations, including opening and closing transactions.
* To assist branches in transactions involving amendments, cancellation, refund, rejection,
compliance hold, etc until the last stage of either successful payout or cancelled transaction
* To liaise with various correspondence partners on the transactions status and to provide
prompt feedback in order to resolve the transactions problems.
* To handle and resolve customers complaints on transactions and to close the complaint in the shortest possible time.
