Marketing Representative

Find & connect with customers — restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering businesses and F&B operators.
💬 Reply to enquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other platforms.
🤝 Follow up with customers, prepare quotations and close sales.
📸 Create simple but engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & other social platforms.
🎥 Take photos/videos of our products, projects, installations and behind-the-scenes work.
💡 Come up with new marketing ideas instead of just posting the same boring product photos.
🛒 Promote our commercial refrigerators, freezers, kitchen equipment and related products.
📊 Keep track of leads, enquiries, sales and customer follow-ups.
🚗 Visit customers or project sites when required.
🤝 Build long-term relationships with customers and bring in repeat business.
⚡ Basically: help us sell more, grow faster and make the brand more visible.

Minimum requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications or related fields is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content-creation tools is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Must be comfortable communicating with customers through phone and messaging apps.
Possess a valid driving licence and have your own transportation if required for customer visits.

Already make TikToks/Reels/short-form videos.
Know how to make content that actually gets attention.
Have experience in sales.
Understand the F&B industry.
Know how to use Canva / CapCut.
Are comfortable appearing in videos.
Can turn a random product into content people actually want to watch.
Have the mindset of "I'll figure it out."
