1. Store Operations
Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store activities.
2. Team & Staff Management
Support the Branch Manager in supervising staff, attendance, performance and daily tasks.
3. Sales & Customer Service
Assist in achieving sales targets and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
4. Management Development
Gain hands-on experience in different areas of retail management and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
Able to work in a retail environment and on shift basis.
Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Proactive, responsible and able to work in a team.
