Business Development Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop business plans to increase company sales and growth.
2. Find new business opportunities and potential customers.
3. Plan marketing strategies to attract more customers.
4. Build good relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
5. Monitor restaurant sales and business performance.
6. Manage daily business operations and improve work efficiency.
7. Prepare sales reports, budgets, and business proposals.
8. Work with management to achieve company targets.
9. Study market trends and competitors to improve business performance.
10. Identify opportunities to expand the restaurant business.

Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or management.
3. Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage.
4. Good communication and leadership skills.
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Able to manage business operations and achieve sales targets.
8. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
9. Willing to travel when required.
