CMM MACHINE PROGRAMMER

1.Develops, maintains, and generates CMM Programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.
2.Performs set ups, verification and inspections using CMM
3.Calibrates CMM probes as needed
4.Basic programming using the software and basic designing part set ups
5.Perform troubleshooting on CMM and its software
6.Generates, reviews, and approves CMM reports and product certifications
7.Perform mechanical inspections to perform in-process and final part verifications
8.Works with engineers to make decisions on disposition of materials
9.Perform incoming inspection of materials and services
10.Assist with inspection and finishing activities in other departments when needed
11.Other duties as assigned
