MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

1) Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment and production facilities.
2) Troubleshoot and repair mechanical part.
3) Perform routine inspection to identify equipment faults and potential breakdowns.
4) Ensure all machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
5) Attend to machine breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs promptly.
6) Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan (TPM)
7) Assist in installation, modification and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
8) Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and spare parts used.
9) Follow company safety rules, SOPs and maintenance procedures.
10) Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and company requirements.
11) Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
