Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare or compile contract related documentation.
Ensdure that all projects are properly control in compliance with contract requirements.
Coordinates with site PIC for all activities related to construction and inspection of work being carried out,completed and properly documented.
Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare progress claim accordingly.
Assist MD/Enginner on variation order process respectively.
Diploma or degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Knowledge of Quality Management System.
Self-motivated.
Minimum 3-5years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Good management and interpersonal skill.
Highly committed and result oriented.
Computer literate,analytical,meticulous and possess eye for details.
A strong command for English and Bahasa that enable affective communication and report wiring.
