• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure reliable connectivity across toll plazas, operation centers, and maintenance sites.
• Implement and manage network and application transport protocols to ensure optimal network performance and connectivity
• Conduct capacity planning, network performance monitoring, and optimization to support highway operational systems.
• Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, topologies, and failover setups.
Security & Compliance
• Monitor and manage network security, including web security gateways, perimeter security, endpoint security, and network access controls.
• Implement new security protocols and mitigation measures to protect against threats, malfunctions, or breaches.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO), and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for penetration testing and remediation activities.
Troubleshooting & Support
• Analyze network issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions to minimize downtime.
• Provide network support for operational systems, including toll collection, traffic management, and surveillance systems.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies or upgrades to improve network performance and efficiency.
Collaboration & Documentation
• Work effectively with IT teams, operational staff, and external vendors to deliver reliable network solutions.
