Executive, Student Management Systems

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive, Student Management Systems to support and optimize the university's student management systems. This role plays a key part in academic timetabling, student data management, system enhancement initiatives, and user support, while working closely with academic departments, students, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage academic timetables, venue allocation, examinations, and scheduling activities.

Maintain and update student management system data, including programme structures, course enrolments, grading schemes, and curriculum information.

Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support operational and academic decision-making.

Act as the liaison between users and IT teams for system issues, enhancements, and testing activities.

Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user requests.

Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student information systems, academic administration, system support, or a related field.

Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) or academic management systems.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
