1. Preparing technical query (TQ) / design for manufacturing (DFM) during FA stage upon received blueprint form PM's.
2. Attending FA meeting in order to obtain data which are including lead time & quantity order, subcontractor or list, material coder and other related information.
3. Preparing BOM listing which data compilation.
4. Uploading BOM listing data to SAP system.
5. Preparing Gantt Chart accordingly to the time frame provide by the customer/PM's.
6. Liaise with Jig & Fixture Designer and fabricate to improve production cycle time and yield.
7. Preparing Process Management Plan (PMP) after completing updating BOM listing in SAP system.
8. Preparing work instruction (WI) for production reference and before running first sample.
9. Preparing Failure mood effect & analysis (FMEA) upon completion production running.
