- Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials, components and finished goods are properly checked and recorded.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to identify discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
- Monitor the handling and movement of goods to prevent damage, loss or misplacement.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/DIploma qualification
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Male candidates are preferred for heavy loads lifting
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Forklift operation experience or a valid forklift competency certification is an advantage.
