1. To review, renew and establish an up-to-date maintenance checklist (preventive & predictive) to achieve zero breakdown maintenance.
2. To explore new technology in building maintenance work i.e AI, Mobile Apps etc.
3. To ensure the effectiveness on the utilization and operation of all M&E systems includes of chiller, pumps etc.
4. To propose upgrading plan for all M&E systems as and when necessary.
5. To involve on any upgrading work (from planning, obtain quotation, prepare proposal, presentation for budget approval, monitoring work) of all the buildings/ properties under Dats and/or UOA Group of Companies.
6. To review / verify any quotation and proposal related to M&E matters and coordinate with M&E Dept upon final approval.
7. To carry out cost study and develop annual budget plan for preventive maintenance of M&E systems.
8. To monitor the utilities consumption at all buildings/ properties under Dats and/or UOA Group of Companies.
9. To plan on energy saving with M&E Dept / Energy Manager and ensure the plan has been implemented accordingly.
10. Assist on daily operation of all the buildings/ properties under Dats and/or UOA Group of Companies in any M&E matters.
11. To review and comment on the renovation plans (M&E) for any major renovation works submitted by owners/tenants or residents.
12. To assist FM team takeover new project from the relevant parties and carry out system & defect check.
13. To attend enquiry, complaint from owners/tenants, residents in all M&E matters when necessary.
14. Attend to ad-hoc assignments.
