3. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
4. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
5. Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for the next customers.
6. Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints politely.
7. Check customer satisfaction and provide good customer service.
8. Prepare and replenish cutlery, tableware, condiments, and other dining supplies.
9. Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
10. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
11. Follow the restaurant's service procedures and food safety standards.
