SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing activities, develop new business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships. The successful candidate will also coordinate sales administration, credit control, invoicing and delivery operations to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, particularly in Negeri Sembilan.
2) Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support sales growth.
3) Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer and distribution network.
4) Monitor credit control documents, customer accounts and payment collection.
5) Coordinate customer orders and liaise with the Production team to ensure timely supply of materials.
6) Coordinate sales activities, weighbridge operations and transportation deliveries.
7) Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate sales records.
8) Ensure sales transactions and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.
9) Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
