Executive Sales & Marketing (Quarry)

1. Responsible in implementation and monitoring credit control documentation & record.
2. Assist in identifying the potential customer for our Quarry business particularly in Negeri Sembilan.
3. Accountable assisting the Manager, Sales & Marketing in building and managing the sales force and distribution network capable of marketing to grow sales and hit high volume targets
4. Provide details of product requirement to production for producing right materials at a right time to a right customer.
5. Responsible to coordinate smooth running process of sales to ensure it is done in line with the standard procedures.
6. Assist Manager, Sales & Marketing in organizing and coordinating the weighbridge & transport delivery operation.
7. Conduct regular contact with staff for harmonious working environment and promote team spirit.
8. Responsible to prepare invoicing to all customers.
9. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department
