About the role

Edit raw footage into engaging, creative, and high-quality TikTok videos. Create attention-grabbing openings, captions, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects. Apply effective pacing and storytelling techniques to capture viewers' attention and encourage them to watch until the end.

Edit raw footage into engaging, creative, and high-quality TikTok videos.

Create attention-grabbing openings, hook, captions, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects.

Apply effective pacing and storytelling techniques to capture viewers' attention.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral videos, trending audio, and popular editing styles.

Develop creative editing ideas to make videos more engaging and relevant to target audience.

Work closely with the Marketing team to understand content briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.

Revise and improve videos based on feedback and creative direction.

Organise raw footage, editing project files, and completed videos.

Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet TikTok's video format and quality requirements.

Assist with filming and basic video production when required.

About you

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu both spoken and written

Able to edit videos using a PC or laptop; mobile-only editing experience is not sufficient

Familiar with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about TikTok video content

Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, subtitles, transitions, and sound selection

Familiar with TikTok trends and short-form video content

Willing to learn, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with the team

Able to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Experience editing TikTok videos or creating short-form video content (preferred)

A portfolio or sample videos demonstrating editing skills (preferred)
