• Documents Update – Assist in reviewing existing production procedures, work instructions,
checklists and identifying content that is outdated, unclear or inconsistent with actual practice
on the production floor.
• Process Verification – Observe production processes and work with operators and
supervisors to confirm process steps, sequence, key parameters, quality checkpoints and
safety/GMP requirements.
• Data collection and compiling – Collect and record production data as assigned. Organize
collected data in appropriate formats and prepare summaries and reports for the supervisor's
review.
• Improvement Support – Highlight gaps, recurring issues or improvement opportunities
observed during documents review or data collection.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards - Implement and maintain safety requirements in
accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Food Safety Team Responsibilities -Actively contribute as a member of the Food Safety
Team by coordinating and enhancing food safety measures. Promptly report any detected
quality or food safety issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them.
