IQC Inspector -Complete Machine

Job Responsibilities

Perform incoming material inspections in accordance with the company's incoming quality inspection procedures and established inspection standards. Maintain accurate original inspection records and compile incoming inspection data and reports.
Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of inspection data, and promptly report incoming material inspection results based on actual inspection findings.
Properly maintain and manage IQC samples, tools, and inspection instruments. Report incoming material quality abnormalities promptly, cooperate with supervisors in handling quality issues, and complete assigned tasks as required.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with the company's 8S management standards.
Perform incoming material inspections in a timely manner according to production requirements and shift schedules, ensuring inspection activities are completed within the required timeframe.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or technical secondary school qualification or above. Experience in production line operations or management in an electronics manufacturing factory is preferred.
Familiar with inspection methods and quality requirements for cables and wires, structural components, electronic components, and packaging materials.
Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of following inspection procedures and maintaining accurate quality records.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and other relevant departments.

Additional Requirements
Work on a rotating shift schedule, taking responsibility for quality inspection and control throughout the assigned shift to ensure continuous 24-hour quality inspection coverage.
