(Sandakan, Sabah) Retail Sales Trainer

💼 Position: Retail Sales Trainer

📍 Location : Sabah
- Sandakan-Town, Sandakan-Jln Labuk, Tawau Town, Tawau Outer-Apas, Semporna

💰 Salary:
1. Fresh Grad/Entry = RM 2,200
2. Junior (1-2 Years) = RM 2,300 - RM 2,500
3. Experienced (3+ Years) = RM 2,600 - RM 3,000

📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
🕒 Working Days & Hours:
1. Monday – Sunday (6 working days per week)
2. Rotational Shift Based

Job Scope :
1. Actively drive sales and push device bundles to achieve monthly store targets.
2. Visit assigned retail stores regularly to guide, coach, and motivate frontline staff.
3. Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and store operations.
4. Ensure store displays are updated and help resolve any stock or operational issues.
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and retail crews.
6. Submit daily visit reports, track sales performance, and update attendance records.

Job Requirements :
1. Minimum SPM with 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, telco, or field sales.
2. Good communication in Malay & English
3. Good interpersonal skills to confidently engage and coach others.
4. Basic ability to review sales performance and plan simple steps for improvement.
5. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel across assigned store locations.
