2. Ensure alignment with industry trends, academic standards, and learner needs.
3. Integrate instructional technologies and multimedia into course delivery.

Faculty Collaboration & Support
1. Provide training and consultation to faculty on instructional strategies and tools.
2. Support faculty in developing engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
3. Promote best practices in using LMS.

Quality Assurance & Academic Standards
1. Oversee curriculum mapping, assessment design, and learning analytics.
2. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
3. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Digital Learning & Innovation
1. Well verse in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools.
2. Evaluate and implement emerging educational technologies.
3. Foster innovation in teaching methodologies and content delivery.

Research & Professional Development
1. Conduct research in instructional design, pedagogy, or educational technology.
2. Represent the college at academic conferences and professional forums.
3. Stay current with global trends in education and instructional design.

Administrative & Strategies Duties
1. Maintain documentation of instructional design processes and outcomes.
2. Participate in strategic planning and academic leadership meetings.
3. Contribute to institutional projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
4. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
