Admin (Logistic)

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsible, well-organized, and able to multitask.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Logistic Department
Prepare and print product labels according to customer requirements.

Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Consignment Notes (CN) and related documents.

Ensure labels and DO information are accurate and completed on time.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records.

Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the superior.

Sales & Project Department

Support the project management team with daily coordination and administrative tasks

Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and reports

Assist in tracking project or job progress, deadlines, and deliverables

Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Help status updates, and other project materials

Support risk and issue tracking and follow-up

Contribute to smooth project execution in a fast-paced work environment
