• At least 3-5 years of shore-based crewing, vessel operations or maritime management experience.
• Good knowledge of Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2026), STCW Standards, Flag State regulations, ISM/ ISPS Codes.
• Coordinates crew rotations, port calls, handovers, travel arrangement and manage crew data base/ pool efficiently.
• Manage the recruitment, compliance, scheduling of seafarers for offshore support vessels such as AHTS, PSVs, LCT.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to do financial budgeting, familiar with crew management software.
