1. Responsible to research - obtain quotations, negotiate, and purchase the best price and qualitymaterials, equipment, and services.
2. Evaluate suppliers and vendors in terms of their quality standards, delivery time, and prices as well asensure they meet the standard requirements by Company.
3. Build and manage good rapport with the suppliers to ensure the continuity of good quality of thematerials, equipment, and services.
4. Deal with the suppliers on any issue regarding product qualities, product replacement, anddiscrepancies with the orders.
5. Responsible for planning, issuing, and following up on Purchasing Orders delivery and shipmentschedules.
6. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
7. Undertake any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
