Customer Service Executive (General/Digital Banking)

Position: Customer Service Executive (General/Digital Banking)
Location: Masjid Jamek (next to LRT Masjid Jamek)
Salary: RM2,500 + RM300 Allowance + OT
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (8 hours)
Off Day: 2 days (rotational)
Contract: 6 months (Renewable)
Intake: Immediate
Shift Schedule:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (last shift for women)
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Scope:
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and enquiries inquiries via inbound calls, live chat & email
Assist with online banking, mobile banking & account-related issues
Resolve issues related to transactions, login & banking services
Update customer details in CRM system
Ensure follow-up and achieve monthly KPI
Requirements:
Degree in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good communication skills & basic Microsoft Office
Experience in call center / customer service system is an advantage
Able to commit to rotational shifts (including night shift)
Malaysian only

Candidate must be willing to start immediately (March 2024); preferable someone currently not working and able to commit immediately.
