CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
2. Monitor work progress and ensure construction works are completed according to project schedules.
3. Supervise general workers, helpers, subcontractors and other site personnel.
4. Ensure construction activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
5. Monitor the usage of construction materials, tools and equipment.
6. Assist in coordinating building, civil engineering, road and infrastructure construction works.
7. Report daily site progress, manpower attendance and work-related issues to management.
8. Ensure site cleanliness, proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
9. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other site personnel.
10. Perform other site supervision duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
3. Good knowledge of building, roadworks, civil engineering and infrastructure construction activities.
4. Able to supervise site workers, subcontractors and daily construction operations.
5. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and site procedures.
7. Able to prepare daily progress reports and coordinate site activities.
8. Willing to work at designated construction project sites.
