Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

1)Project Planning and Scheduling
- Support with development of project plans, defining scope, objectives and deliverables, creating clear schedules and allocating resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans and resources as needed to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Establish and maintain project governance with PMO, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

2) Stakeholder Communication and Management
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and manage expectations and conflicts to ensure alignment with project goals (e.g. Group, central division and Local ITs).
- Lead and present regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality.

3) Risk Management and Issue Resolution
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Troubleshoot problems and guide project teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular review with line manager and raise escalation when required.
- Project Performance and Delivery.
- Evaluate project performance against objectives, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide guidance and oversight to network engineering teams during the implementation phase, and ensure that network designs are accurately translated into operational networks.
- Facilitate smooth transitions, mitigate resistance, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, may require on-call support for key project milestones/system go-live.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation relating to network architecture, design, and configuration for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

4) Technical Service Delivery
- Deliver the Division IT Network Core-Models that defined by the division.
- Drive the conversation of having mutualized standard to implement, maintain, and supports in Asia for multi-maisons.

5) Operational Support & Compliance
- Manage enterprise scale partners such as “managed service provider – MSP”, for operational excellence.
- Respect ITIL process on Request, Incident management (e.g. SLA/RCA), and Change Management (e.g. CAB).
- Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure alignment of network infrastructure with organization requirements and industry best practices.
