M&E COORDINATOR

We are contractor’s company specializing in civil & infrastructure works.

Requirement:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Electrical @ Mechanical Engineering or in any equivalent field
2. 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
3. Able to use Microsoft Office
4. Able to read and interpret technical drawing
5. Excellent verbal & communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia & English
6. Can work under pressure and overtime
7. Responsible, disciplined and committed to work
8. Able to work independently & good team player
9. Willing to travel when required

Responsibility:
a) Coordinate all M&E work between main contractors, sub-contractors , consultant and architect in the field.
b) Monitor the implementation of the installation of M&E equipment in order to comply with the company’s quality standard and government regulations.
c) Checking and evaluating shop drawings, as-built drawing and M&E technical specification to avoid clashes
d) Ensure the progress of M&E work in the field runs on time in accordance with the project master schedule.
e) Report site progress, issues and update to management

Contract (17months)
