PMC Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire work order process for all customers, including material readiness calculations, follow-up, and control, to ensure all required production materials are available on time.
2. Manage materials affected by Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), control material inventory and consumption, and prevent, report, and resolve obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
3. Develop production schedules based on customer orders, monitor production progress, and ensure on-time order delivery.
4. Coordinate with the Purchasing team to follow up on material lead times, resolve material-related issues, and maintain updated material status information.
5. Assist the PMC Supervisor in coordinating production and sales activities, managing order fulfillment, and preparing production- and material-related reports.
6. Manage planning and control of bonded materials and import/export materials in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Electronics, or a related field.
2. At least three years of experience in Material Control (MC), Production Control (PC), or related functions within server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries. Strong execution skills are required.
3. Proficient in ERP system operations and common Excel functions, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Familiar with the complete server PCBA manufacturing process and electronic component procurement lead times, with strong production planning capabilities.
5. Strong stress management, learning, and adaptability skills. Must be service-oriented, patient, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in bonded material planning and control in Malaysia, as well as import/export order tracking and coordination, is preferred.
