Key Responsibilities:
1. Mine Planning and Production: Develop and implement short- and long-term mine plans, monitor daily production, and ensure achievement of ore and waste targets.
2. Mining Operations Management: Supervise and optimize drilling, blasting, excavation, loading, hauling, and material handling activities.
3. Technical Mining Support: Review geological and survey data, support mine design and optimization, and recommend efficient mining methods and extraction strategies.
4. Production Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor mining KPIs, analyze production performance, identify operational deviations, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
5. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with mining regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental management requirements.
6. Cost Control and Resource Optimization: Monitor operating costs and optimize equipment, manpower, fuel, and material utilization to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
7. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams, provide technical recommendations, and support management in operational decision-making.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, safety, and overall mining performance.
