DRAFTMAN

1.Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and lighting design projects.
2.Produce lighting layout plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), circuiting layouts, lighting control drawings, and installation details.
3.Revise and update drawings according to comments from clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
4.Coordinate with Lighting Designers to ensure all drawings comply with the approved lighting design concept.
5.Interpret architectural, interior design, M&E, and construction drawings to integrate lighting systems accurately.
6.Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local standards, and company drafting procedures.
7.Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
8.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to incorporate lighting fixture specifications into project documentation.
9.Maintain proper filing and version control of all project drawings and documentation.
10.Assist in preparing lighting schedules, fixture legends, equipment lists, and technical documentation.
11.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure drawing accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
12.Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical drawing issues and design conflicts.
13.Assist during project coordination meetings and incorporate agreed revisions promptly.
14.Support site coordination by updating drawings based on site conditions and installation requirements.
15.Ensure all project deliverables are completed within the established project timeline.
