Online Teaching & Learning Delivery
1. Deliver online lectures, tutorials, webinars, and consultation sessions through approved digital platforms.
2. Facilitate asynchronous learning activities via the Learning Management System (LMS).
3. Apply student-centred teaching strategies and active learning techniques suitable for ODL.
4. Ensure all teaching activities align with approved Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs).
5. Record lectures and make learning resources available for students where applicable.
6. Ensure all scheduled online classes are conducted according to the academic timetable.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management
1. Develop and maintain course content in Moodle or the College's LMS.
2. Upload lecture notes, videos, learning resources, quizzes, assignments, and announcements.
3. Organise course pages to ensure content is clear, accessible, and user-friendly.
4. Monitor student participation and learning progress through the LMS.
5. Ensure online learning materials remain updated throughout the semester.

Student Engagement & Academic Support
1. Encourage active participation through online discussions, forums, and collaborative learning activities.
2. Provide academic consultation through virtual meetings, email, or LMS messaging.
3. Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
4. Identify at-risk students and implement early intervention strategies in collaboration with the Academic and Student Support teams.
5. Respond to student enquiries within the College's service standards.

Curriculum Development & Digital Learning Enhancement
1. Review and update course materials to ensure academic relevance and industry alignment.
2. Develop engaging multimedia learning resources where appropriate.
3. Incorporate interactive learning tools to improve student engagement.
4. Support continuous improvement of online teaching methodologies.
5. Collaborate with the Learning Design or e-Learning team to enhance digital learning content.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
1. Comply with MQA, MOHE, and institutional academic requirements.
2. Maintain complete course files and evidence for academic audits.
3. Participate in accreditation exercises and programme reviews.
4. Ensure teaching and assessment practices meet quality assurance standards.
5. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
