- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Able to work under pressure and date-line.
- Possess good verbal and writing skill in English.
- To coordinate the proposal throughout the process up to tender completion including pre-screening, pre-qualification and clarifications and RFQ/RFx.
- To source for technical requirement of equipment and information of the tenders.
- To source vendor and supplier of technical requirement of equipment and information of the tenders.
- Administration of Vendor Portal/Database for Tender & Proposal
- To assist evaluate, analyse and estimate commercial data and information.
- To assist calculate a competitive price based on the target price for the offer.
- To assist prepare and monitor mob & demob of schedule plan of consultant.
- To arrange and distribution for timesheet collection, BOSIET, tools, PPE, training, medical, manpower, chopper & boat booking and schedule of projects
