Job Description:
To handle customer enquiry from different channel
To solve customer enquiries
To follow the standard SOP by company for solving customer enquiries
To ensure all customer enquiries is solved within time frame
To work as a team with other staff and follow the instructions given by the superior
Be responsible for all given task and complete on time
Able to be multitasking and fast respond for all tasks

Job Requirement:
Diploma above
1 years of working experience in related field.
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.
Sales-driven and result-oriented
Friendly and approachable personality
