Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities and production workers.
Plan production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time and according to specifications.
Monitor production output, quality, manpower, and material usage.
Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and production requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions.
Ensure workers follow proper work procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, welding, machining, and other production processes.
Maintain accurate production records and provide regular progress updates to Management.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma in Engineering, or other relevant qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
Experience in team supervision and production planning.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, or mechanical assembly is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and leadership potential may also be considered.
