- Conduct outdoor sales activities at assigned locations, including shopping malls and promotional areas.
- Set up and manage promotional booths to promote Maxis products and services.
- Approach potential customers and introduce Maxis mobile plans, broadband packages and promotions.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable packages based on customer needs.
- Assist customers with registration and service activation.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
